Diversity of technologies, sequencing centers, experiments produce increasingly incompatible data and representations, making it difficult to share and analyze. Technology vendors define system-specific data formats, and large centers may introduce their own formats as dictated by the needs of their experiments. This presents an impediment to data exchange but stems from the need to represent the results of investigation.

We deliver a scalable system to store normalized data with minimal or no further processing required for intercenter data exchanges. The novelty of this approach in its processing into a form directly usable by the archive.
